Definition
The Land id™ Property Info Card is a powerful yet intuitive feature designed to make property data more comprehensive, accessible and actionable.
- Overview: Displays land information, parcel and tax information and building information along with any user-enabled overlays.
The property info card works by organizing and unlocking over 40 datasets into seven distinct tabs. Each tab will instantly launch a default set of data overlays, saving time trying to research each data point separately. The tabs are created by Land id™ data experts to combine related data into logical grouping, prioritizing the most frequently used overlays:
- Water: Shows nearby bodies of water, floodplain visualizations, wetlands and water wells.
- Outdoors: Provides detailed insights into the surrounding landscape including elevation contours and public lands
- Boundaries: Offers visual guides to land uses, city limits, school districts and opportunity zones helping users understand a variety of divisions.
- Soil: Delivers comprehensive soil information, including soil names, capabilities and susceptibilities.
- Infrastructure: Reveals insights on and beneath the map surface, including transmission lines, pipelines, substations, solar/wind farms and more.
- Nearby: Focuses on active housing developments, public lands and points of interest.

Limitations:
- Parcel data, while valuable, has limitations including potential inaccuracies and incompleteness due to factors like outdated information, varying resolution and regional disparities. Ultimately, our parcel data accuracy reflects the accuracy of county records and third party resources.
- Data quality and accessibility may also be constrained by licensing agreements and privacy concerns, with limited attributes and integration challenges further complicating its use.
- Users should be cautious of temporal lags in updates and regional variations in coverage, ensuring careful consideration of these factors in applications ranging from real estate to urban planning.
