Update my billing information

Steps to updating your billing information with Land id™

Keeping your billing information up-to-date is crucial to ensuring the uninterrupted use of your Land id™ account. 

Note:  Check to see if you created a subscription through your mobile device or directly through the Land id™ website, because the process will be different. 

Subscribed through App Stores

If you signed up for Land id™ through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we are unable to update your billing information. You will have to go into your mobile device settings or contact your app store.
