Tips for solving common problems with Land id™ when logging into your account.

Land id™ is a powerful, web-based property research and mapping tool. However, sometimes you may encounter issues that can prevent you from logging in to your Land id™ account.

If you're using Google or Apple SSO to login, it needs to be the same email tied to your Land id™ account. If you need to update your email address, please Contact Support.

If you are having trouble signing in to a new or existing device, please confirm the following steps for Land id™:
  1. Double-check the email associated with your account: Before you hit the sign-in button, make sure the email you are using is correct.
  2. Turn off Autofill:  To turn off autofill for your passwords, follow these steps:
    • Open your browser settings
    • Navigate to the "Autofill" or "Autofill and passwords" section
    • Toggle the option to save passwords or addresses off for the desired categories like email and login information.
  3. Reset your Password:  Try resetting your password at this link. Make sure that email from Land id™ is not blocked and check your spam folder.
  4. Use a private or incognito window in your browser: Opening a private browser bypasses most cookies and caching that websites use to store your login information.
