How to update your password for your Land id™ account

Navigating the digital world means occasionally forgetting a password, but not to worry—resetting or changing your password on our platform is straightforward.

Here’s a detailed guide to help you through both processes, ensuring you regain access quickly and securely.

Reset your password

Forgot your password? Reset it in just a few easy steps:

  1. Start at Home:  Visit our homepage and select the “Sign In” button.
  2. Find "Forgot Password?" link: Click on the “Forgot Password?” link located under the login fields.

  3. Submit Your Email:  Enter the email address linked to your account. This is where we’ll send your password reset instructions.
  4. Check Your Inbox:  Look out for password reset email from Land id™. If the email doesn’t appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Reset Link:  Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
  6. New Password:  Choose a new password, confirm it and voila! You’re all set to log in with your new credentials.

Change your password

Already logged in but looking to update your password? Here’s how:

  1. Access Account Details:  On your home dashboard, click "Account" (upper right), then click on the “Account Details” section.edit password
  2. Edit Account Information:  Click on the "Edit Profile" button under the "Account Details" header.
  3. Update Your Password:  Enter your new desired password, confirm it.
  4. Save Changes:  Click on the "Save" button under the "Account Details" header to save your updated password.
