Request a refund

Did you accidentally subscribe or did you mean to cancel your subscription before it renewed?

We are sorry to hear you would like a refund on your subscription. Is there anything we can do to help you realize the value of Land id™?  For example:

  • Are there capabilities you find missing that we might be able to point out to you? Request a 1:1 demo
  • Would training or inspiration be helpful? Explore different ways of learning about Land id™, including our regular "Getting Started with Land id™" webinars.
  • Would having an interactive map built by one of our experts be helpful? Explore our Mapping Services.

Note:  The process for requesting a refund for your Land id™ subscription varies depending on where you subscribed. 

Subscribed directly through Land id™ website

If your purchase happened to be accidental, we will gladly do our best to help you.

Other than accidental sign-ups, we do not offer refunds.

Subscribed through App Stores

If your subscription is through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we are unable to refund those for you.
