Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your Land id™ subscription
Land id™ offers a flexible subscription plan that allows you to easily upgrade or downgrade your account according to your needs.
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, simply follow these easy steps:
Change your subscription
Note: Check to see if you created a subscription through your mobile device or directly through the Land id™ website, because the process will be different.
- Subscribed directly through Land id™ website
- Subscribed through iOS / Apple App Store
- Subscribed through Android / Google Play Store
Subscribed directly through Land id™ website
Caution: If you want to downgrade your subscription, please submit this form to contact Support.
1. Sign into your Land id™ account
2. Click on "Account" (in the upper right corner).
3. In the dropdown menu, click on "Account Details."
4. Your current subscription displays under the "Selected Plan" section of your "Account Details."
5. Click the "Change Plan" button.
6. Click on the "Select Plan" button to upgrade your subscription.
7. Once you have selected the "Upgrade" button, you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method.
Subscribed through iOS Mobile / Apple Store
1. Go to the "Settings" of your mobile device.
2. Go to your "Apple ID" at the top of your "Settings" page.
3. Go to "Subscriptions" under your Apple ID.
3. Choose Land id™ (fka MapRight) from your list of "Active" subscriptions.
4. Select "See All Plans" to view additional subscription plans.
5. Select the plan you wish to upgrade to.
Subscribed through Android / Google Play Store
Upgrading to a Land id™ Pro Plan is not available directly through Google Play Store, because of their store price limitations.
