Troubleshooting
- "I downloaded an offline map, but it still isn't working in the field."
In addition to the offline map, you must enable offline mode to bypass your cell connection. The offline button is located at the top of the Map Library. - "I am getting a syncing error."
If offline mode is not used in the field and the cell connection is weak, it can cause a syncing error. Deleting and reinstalling the app is the only way to fix this error unfortunately. Please screenshot your un-synced work (if possible) as it will be lost.
