Key benefits

Searching for properties using different criteria offers a range of benefits that can aid in accurate identification, prospecting, legal verification, and efficient management of parcels. Essentially, it's easy to locate specific properties based on the available data, whether it's:

  • Known area (e.g. address)
  • Remote or undeveloped areas without formal addresses (e.g. latitude-longitude, parcel ID or APN)
  • Legal land descriptions, transactions or traditional land surveying methods (e.g. T-R-S, Abstracts, latitude-longitude)
  • Owner information (e.g. owner name, owner address)

Limitation:  Advanced search options (e.g. parcel ID, parcel owner name, latitude-longitude) are currently only available in the web version of Land id™.
