Parcel ID or API and latitude-longitude coordinates for undeveloped or remote areas without formal addresses
Latitude-longitude coordinates, Township-Range-Section (T-R-S) and Abstracts (for Texas only) for legal land descriptions, transactions or traditional land surveying methods
