This article describes how to effectively use the search feature at the Land id® website and in the mobile app. This powerful feature allows you to identify and precisely locate properties nationwide.

Searching in Land id involves inputting search parameters to locate specific properties based on the available search parameters, including:
- Site address for known addresses
- Owner information (e.g. owner name, owner address)
- Parcel data (ID or APN, owner name, owner address)
- Parcel ID or API and latitude-longitude coordinates for undeveloped or remote areas without formal addresses
- Latitude-longitude coordinates, Township-Range-Section (T-R-S) and Abstracts (for Texas only) for legal land descriptions, transactions or traditional land surveying methods
