### Definition

Land id uses AI Smart Search to take your search terms and quickly identify the most relevant results. Searching in Land id involves inputting search parameters to locate specific properties based on the available search parameters, including:

- **Site address** for known addresses
- **Owner information** (e.g. owner name, owner address)
- **Parcel data** (ID or APN, owner name, owner address)
- **Parcel ID or API and latitude-longitude coordinates** for undeveloped or remote areas without formal addresses
- **Latitude-longitude coordinates, Township-Range-Section (T-R-S) and Abstracts** (for Texas only) for legal land descriptions, transactions or traditional land surveying methods

### Troubleshooting

- **"I cannot see landowners or parcel information."**
