June Release Summary

Web — web.3.36.0

New Features

  • Comparable Sales Filtering — You can now filter comparable sales results by sold date, land use, total acres, and vacant land status. Your selections stay active as you move around the map, and an "Update Results" button lets you refresh results for the current view whenever you're ready.
  • High-Resolution Contours — A new contour overlay option lets you switch to higher-resolution elevation lines for more detailed terrain visualization on your maps.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the "Start Trial" prompt appeared oversized on mobile, making it difficult to dismiss when viewing an embedded map.
  • Fixed an issue where parcel cards and boundary popups in a mobile web embed could render partially off-screen, making the close button unreachable.
  • Fixed an issue where 3D tours appeared off-center when first viewed as a shared map.
  • Fixed a visual issue in the Property Tour Builder where certain UI elements — including the tour preview, exit button, and map name — remained highlighted in the foreground when the Share modal was open.
  • Fixed an issue where long map names caused the Tour link modal in the Dashboard to overflow, cutting off the "Last Updated" date and status indicators.
  • Fixed an issue where pages that embedded a Property Tour near the top scrolled unexpectedly to the embed on load.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate authentication tokens to be generated, which could result in unexpected sign-out or session errors.

  • Property Tour Builder — You can now create interactive 3D property tours directly from your maps. Build a slide-based tour, customize each slide, and publish a shareable link — all without leaving the map editor. Terrain slides automatically render in 3D using high-resolution elevation tiles for a more immersive presentation.
  • Overlays on All Tour Slides — Map overlays are now visible across every slide in a Property Tour, so your data layers stay consistent throughout the presentation.
  • Smarter Tour Navigation — When you choose to share a map as a Property Tour, the app now takes you directly to an existing tour for that map rather than creating a duplicate.
  • Tour Linked in Dashboard — The Dashboard list view now shows the relationship between your maps and tours in both the Maps and Tours lists, so you can quickly see which tours are linked to which maps.
  • Unsaved Changes Warning — The web editor now prompts you before leaving if you have unsaved changes, preventing accidental data loss when navigating away.
  • Save Confirmation Toasts — The map editor now shows a confirmation message when your changes are saved successfully, so you always know when your work has been committed.
  • 3D Tour Zoom Controls — You can now adjust zoom settings within 3D tour slides for more precise control over how your property is presented.
  • Tour Publish Flow — A streamlined publish and push-live flow makes it clearer when your tour changes have been sent to viewers.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where paragraph breaks and carriage returns in property descriptions were not displaying correctly on the splash screen and property info panel.
  • Fixed an issue where map overlay options appeared misaligned in the editor.
  • Fixed an issue in mobile web where modals and panels were getting cut off on smaller screens in the Tour viewer.

  • Refreshed Map Cards — Map info cards now feature rounded bottom sheet corners, drop shadows, and a larger close button, making them easier to read and dismiss while out in the field.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the "Cancel Subscription" button was incorrectly appearing for users whose subscriptions were already canceled.
  • Fixed a bug where the expired-user banner on the Discover map was hidden behind the tab bar and not fully visible.
