Definition
- Owner mailing lists are CSV files with owners' names, addresses, and total acreage.
- Filter and export owner mailing lists by specific criteria, including Acreage, Assessed Value, Sale Date and Land Use. If additional criteria are required, contact Support to request a custom mailing list.
- Owner mailing lists are a separate payment from your Land id™ subscription costs.
- Owner mailing lists generated within Land id™ cost $0.07 per record. Lists are de-duplicated, so you will not be charged for multiple property points with the same owner name.
- Custom owner mailing lists prices vary based on the request.

Limitations:
- Owner mailing lists are only available in the desktop version of Land id™.
- While valuable, parcel data has limitations, including potential inaccuracies and incompleteness due to factors like outdated information, varying resolution, and regional disparities. Ultimately, our parcel data accuracy reflects the accuracy of county records and third-party resources.
- Data quality and accessibility may also be constrained by licensing agreements and privacy concerns, with limited attributes and integration challenges further complicating its use.
- Users should be cautious of temporal lags in updates and regional variations in coverage, ensuring careful consideration of these factors in applications ranging from real estate to urban planning.
- Owner mailing lists expire after 30 days, per federal and state changes to Data Privacy Regulations. This also ensures you are not accessing data that is no longer valid or out of date.
Owner mailing list vs. Custom mailing list
Land id does not currently provide the ability to export parcel lists which include parcel specific data such as the parcel id or physical address.
The deduplicated mailing address lists include the owner's name, the owner's mailing address and the sum of the acres that were in the area searched that belong to that owner. The owner's property address is not included.
If you need a raw parcel list or a parcel list that includes more than the basic owners mailing list, you should reach out to customer support to request a custom list.

Do you need a custom list of properties (e.g. out-of-state owners, properties within a specific distance of substations or roads, properties touching a specific body of water)?
For more complex list requests than our standard owner reports available within Land id™, we offer a custom lists service. Custom owner mailing list details:
- Only available to paying Land id™ subscribers
- Include all the data and are not de-duplicated
- Typically, custom mailing lists cost $0.05 per record with a $75 minimum cost.
- Any requests that require extensive analysis will have an hourly cost quote associated with creating them.
