Land Id® Client Testimonial Consent & Release Form

By submitting a success story, video, or related materials (“Submission”) to Land id, Inc. (“Land id,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1.  Eligibility & Submission

You must be a current Land id user and at least 18 years old to submit a success story. Submissions must reflect your genuine, personal experience using Land id.

Submitting a story does not guarantee it will be selected or featured.

2.  Selection

Land id may, at its sole discretion, select certain submissions to feature, in whole or in part, in marketing materials. 

3.  Honest Experience & FTC Disclosure

By submitting, you confirm that:

  • Your story reflects your honest opinions and real experience using Land id.
  • You are not being asked to provide a positive review or endorsement.

4.  License & Usage Rights

If your submission is selected, you grant Land id a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute your submission, in whole or in part, (including your name, likeness, company name, logo, and voice) for marketing, advertising, promotional, and educational purposes across any media, including without limitation, on the company’s website.

You understand that Land id may edit your submission for clarity, length, or formatting, without altering the substance of your experience.

5.  No Confidential or Third-Party Information

You agree not to submit:

  • Confidential or proprietary information
  • Information you do not have the right to share
  • Content that infringes on third-party rights

You confirm you have permission to share any logos, images, or materials included in your submission.

6.  No Obligation or Endorsement Guarantee

Submission does not create an endorsement, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Land id. Land id makes no guarantees regarding exposure, promotion, or business results.

7.  Right to Use, Remove or Discontinue Use

Land id reserves the right to use the submission for any length of time or to stop using any featured submission at any time without notice or additional compensation.

8.  Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Land id’s Privacy Policy.
