Cancelation and Reschedule Policy for Paid Trainings

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule a paid training session. To ensure a smooth process and provide fairness to both parties, we have established the following cancellation and reschedule policy:

 

Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session will be eligible for a full refund.

b. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled training session will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Reschedule Policy:

a. Reschedule requests made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session will be accommodated based on availability at no additional cost.

b. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled training session may incur a rescheduling fee, subject to our discretion and availability.

 

Procedure for Cancellation or Reschedule Requests:

a. To cancel or reschedule a pre-paid training session, please contact our support team, email us at support@id.land.

b. Include the following details in your cancellation or reschedule request:

  • Training session date and time
  • Name of the registered participant
  • Order or invoice number?

Refund Process:

a. If your cancellation request meets the criteria mentioned above, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

b. Please note that any applicable processing fees or charges from third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

 

Availability and Changes:

a. We strive to provide flexibility in rescheduling options, but availability is subject to trainer availability and capacity.

b. We reserve the right to make changes to the training schedule, including trainer assignments, in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
