### Definition

With Land id**®**, you can research many details about a property and create high quality custom maps, all without leaving the office. However, some information requires you to visit a property in person.

Driving directions enables you to generate instant, turn-by-turn navigation directly to any parcel boundary. Using either a waypoint or custom map, you can open the exact property coordinates in your preferred navigation app (such as Google Maps or Apple Maps)—streamlining property tours, client showings, and on-site inspections without having to copy and paste coordinates or guess remote rural access points.
