Land id's Comparable Sales Reports allow you to easily and accurately compare sales data for properties similar to your subject property, all of which is neatly organized into a digital PDF.
Simply select your subject property, and Land id will automatically identify a list of similar properties that you can choose to include in the generated report.

- MT, ID, WY, UT, NM, KS, TX, MO, MS, AK

- NV, OK, AR, LA, TN, AL, NC, RI

Sales data is limited to the last 24 months of sales.
