These states will use estimates in the generated report. The following states are fully non-disclosure states: - MT, ID, WY, UT, NM, KS, TX, MO, MS, AK - The following states are partially non-disclosure states: - NV, OK, AR, LA, TN, AL, NC, RI - Sales data is limited to the last 24 months of sales. - Comparable Sales filters are available on the web version of Land id only. - The Comparable Sales Report tab (where previous reports are saved) is available on the Land id mobile app only.
