Can I Use A Land ID® Map Instead Of A Survey?

While Land id is a valuable tool for managing and visualizing property information, it is not a substitute for a land survey when it comes to establishing the property boundaries of a property.

Land id can import and overlay survey data onto maps, making it easier to understand property boundaries and other features.

The "Property Boundary" feature in the Land id product displays a visual representation of the border of an address or parcel in an interactive map or image. However, the property boundaries in Land id are not a legal description of a property and may not be accurate.

For a legally accurate property boundary, it is necessary to use a licensed surveyor to conduct precise measurements.
